Our commitment
Zyvar is committed to making zyvar.ca, its community sites and account journeys usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or navigate with different sensory, motor, or cognitive needs.
Accessibility is treated as an engineering and content requirement rather than an optional enhancement.
Target standard
The website is being developed toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 at Level AA.
Our review process includes automated checks, keyboard and responsive testing, semantic review, and manual inspection. This target is not a claim of certified or complete conformance across every page and third-party flow.
Measures we work toward
- Semantic page structure and logical heading hierarchy.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, links, controls, and forms.
- Visible focus indicators and a skip link.
- Readable contrast, spacing, and responsive text layouts.
- Form labels, field-level errors, and status announcements.
- Reduced-motion support for non-essential transitions.
- Plain-language content and descriptive link wording.
Known limitations
Accessibility review is ongoing. Third-party sign-in, payment and linked business experiences may present barriers outside our direct control. Contact us if any part of a journey prevents you from completing your task.
If a limitation is identified, we will assess its impact, provide a practical alternative where possible, and prioritize correction according to severity.
Feedback and alternative formats
Email [email protected] or use Contact if you encounter a barrier, need content in another reasonable format, or require help completing a public form. Please identify the page, task, and assistive technology involved when you are comfortable doing so.
Accessibility feedback will be used to investigate and improve the experience. We will respond in a format appropriate to the request where reasonably possible.
Ongoing review
The statement and implementation will be reviewed as the site changes, new content is published, and accessibility evidence is completed.
