Educational purpose
Content on zyvar.ca is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

FastResponse SMS
FastResponse is an optional operational notification feature for eligible subscribed business accounts. When enabled, it may send an SMS notification to an enrolled business recipient after relevant visitor inquiry activity on the business's Zyvar listing.
FastResponse SMS requires separate affirmative recipient consent in authenticated onboarding. Message frequency varies with inquiry activity and message or data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
Recipients may opt out or revoke SMS consent. Zyvar may also suspend or disable FastResponse to address abuse, security, compliance, entitlement, delivery, or account-status concerns. SMS availability depends on supported telecommunications providers and applicable carrier or registration requirements.
FastResponse is not a guarantee that an inquiry will result in contact, a sale, a response within any particular period, or successful message delivery. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of their notification destination and for responding to their customers appropriately.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the Zyvar name, branding, website design, original writing, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Nevara Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
A link or short attributed excerpt may be used where permitted by law. Republishing substantial content, removing attribution, or presenting Zyvar material as another party's work requires permission.
Third-party services and links
The website and Zyvar services may rely on or link to community sites, business websites, social platforms, payment processors, telecommunications or messaging providers, and other third-party services. Zyvar does not control their independent content, availability, security, carrier networks, or privacy practices.
A link is provided for convenience or context and does not by itself represent an endorsement or guarantee.

Updates will be published with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms govern subsequent use.
